Kill all bloody spots

I have become quit recently, spotty and as a teenager I had never suffered from acne. Now, at the age of nearly 27 I have loads and can't stop picking at them of squeeze the buggers. All in all I have about four spots, however this is strange for me as I'm so used to no spots. I once remember someone saying to me, that if I don't have spots when I'm in my teens, then when I'm older I will. I don't know if this is true of not and perhaps some old wife's tale, who knows, but what that silly cow once said stayed with me and I guess I am living proof of it (well kind of)

I say kill them all, just give it a strong old squeeze and out it all comes (left with a big red nasty mark, in my case) I just hope I don't get anymore for a good while and replace it with nice clean skin.
